Newborn Photography Packages

You should consider booking our services at list 2 to 3 weeks prior your due date. Your name , address, phone #, and a $100 booking fee is required to complete the booking. You will be booked with TBD as date. As soon as the baby arrives you will have to contact us in order to schedule the exact time and day for the photo session.

You will receive your HR digital files within 3 to 6 weeks after the photo session. You should be able to make prints up to 20 inch in size with no extra editing. You can make prints for your personal use as many as you like with no restrictions. There are no extra charges for your digital files.

Depending on the package our newborn photo sessions cost from $260 to $380. If one of our maternity photography packages is purchased a discount of $30 to $50 will be applied to your newborn photo package cost.
Booking Fee is part of the total amount and it must be paid in order to book our services. The due amount will be split in 2 equal easy payments. First part of the due amount will be paid at the time of the photo session and the last part will be paid when the pictures will be ready for delivery. There are no other fees to be added to the total amount as advertise on our website except the travel fee if the case.

Outside Kitchener Waterloo area there will be a travel fee to be paid. The travel fee will be added to the cost of the newborn package purchased. Here is a price list of the travel fee cost based on our most serviced cities:
Cambridge $20, Guelph $25 , Milton $35, Brantford $30, Hamilton $35, Burlington $35, Oakville $40, Brampton $40 and Mississauga $40. If your City is not on this list please ask.

It is important to have the photo session done within the 5 to 10 days after birth. At this earlier stage the newborns sleeps more hours and curb better for the posing. The younger they are the better the results are.

Sometimes shooting “On Location”, at the comfort of your home has very good results. Newborns seems to sleep better and makes it easier posing them. In some cases shooting at the studio it is the only option. We kindly ask you to contact us so we can select the best choice for you.

Depending on the newborn photography package purchased the photo session can take up to 3 hours.

It is best to feed the baby at the studio prior the beginning of the photo session. We will give you the space and the time required. When shooting “On Location” the best time feeding the baby is when we start the set-up for the shooting.

You should consider to keep yourself comfortable having in mind the room temperature level. ( 77 to 82). There are no restrictions regarding color or type of outfit in order to succeed.

Our collection of costumes and props will be used according to your selection. At the same time you are most welcome to bring along your special personal items if you would like to include them in your images.

Siblings and other family members are most welcome to be part of the photo session. When more family members are to be included in the photo session the time allocated for the photo session has to be taken in consideration. Available only with our "Diamond" Newborn Photography Package.

You may cancel your photo session at any time. You may be entitled to receive back a partial amount of your booking fee.
We understand that the newborns can generate unpredictable situations and rescheduling the photo session is the only option. The rescheduling can be done based on our availability. There will be a $60 fee for rescheduling the photo session if you notify us within less than 6 hours prior to your photo session.
